KID’S SPRING JACKET

LACE BABY SUMMER DRESS

EASTER EGGS

ENTRELAC KNITTING WORKSHOP
Entrelac is an interwoven design that looks complicated until you do it.If you can knit & purl, knit stitches together & pick up stitches, you can easily do entrelac.If you choose to learn to “knit backwards” it will go fast.There are many patterns to choose from when using this technique. You will need either self-striping worsted weight yarn or two solid colors and size 7 or 8 straight needles.

CONTINENTAL BEGINNER KNITTING
Learn to knit faster (and easier on the hands/wrists).Continental knitting (sometimes called “picking”) is where the yarn is held in the left hand and “picked” with the working needle.By holding the yarn in the left hand, you avoid dropping the needle to loop the yarn leading to a faster – more even work.This way of knitting can also be easier for a left-handed person or a crocheter to pick up.You will need size 10 bamboo or plastic needles and bulky yarn.
