CONTINENTAL BEGINNER KNITTING

Learn to knit faster (and easier on the hands/wrists).  Continental knitting (sometimes called “picking”) is where the yarn is held in the left hand and “picked” with the working needle.  By holding the yarn in the left hand, you avoid dropping the needle to loop the yarn leading to a faster – more even work.  This way of knitting can also be easier for a left-handed person or a crocheter to pick up.  You will need size 10 bamboo or plastic needles and bulky yarn.

Skill Level:  Beginner – Ages 10 and up

Class Dates:  April  13th & 20th          6pm-8pm                                   Cost:   $28.00
